They engaged the workmen to handle the inspection-list repairs, gently reminded us about documents they needed, and did everything quickly and graciously. Another unusual trait is that the entire team returns calls immediately. I think the highest praise one can give a realtor is to say you loved 'em more when you closed the sale of the house than when you hired 'em; that is certainly the case with Joe and his team.

That quick turn around was the result of the team's counseling on things to do in the house to get it ready for sale and discussions about setting the right price. The team was especially helpful in getting stuff that the buyers requested done so that they sale went smoothly. They were VERY responsive and I never felt out-of-the loop and I was an 8 hour drive away! The team was also extremely flexible and friendly.

ZillowVERIFIED My dad would often say if you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all ~ and, with that in mind I will say that I have worked with many real estate agents over the years and Mr. Chris Dell is the only one I am writing a review of. From marketing to negotiations, Chris treated the sale of my small, cheap condo as if it were a high dollar home. He managed to bring in multiple offers and have my back through the whole negotiation process -even the repairs. Chris was fantastic at communicating every detail with me - this is the first real estate transaction I have had in a long time in which I didn't have to do any work on my end. He, and the rest of Team Cozart I was lucky to work with, are simply fantastic! If you are looking for a hard working real estate agent who will do his best to help you sell or buy your home, I highly recommend Chris Dell - I might have a lot fewer grey hairs of I had stumbled on Chris Dell about 5 real estate transactions ago. I look forward to working with Mr. Dell again - and I cannot say that about any other real estate agent I have crossed paths with.

If I ever had a question, Seth and his team always answered very quickly which also put me at ease. Seth also had great insight into what I was looking for in a home, and led me from there. One thing that sticks out is that I had found a home that I really liked, it was already under contract though. Seth still took the time to show me the house for one reason, it was WAY smaller than the pictures led on. He did that so I had piece of mind that the house was not for me!
