He was an outstanding "teammate" from day one. I live an hour away so having him right there in Napa meant so much. He found a team of wonderful people to help with painting, landscaping, repairs, and all the other work that needed to be done, he kept track of a million little details, and even went out shopping for light fixtures, outlet covers, and other random things that came up along the way. He's incredibly knowledgeable about the market, thoughtful, responsive, funny, and just very easy to trust, which I did entirely. I always felt like he was looking out for me. What meant the most to me though was how much he understood that this was not just a house. It was my parents home, and Joe understood that selling it was about much more than just the house itself. He knew how much it mattered to me that the buyers truly loved it, and how meaningful it was that they cared about the people who had lived there before them. The great thing is, that's exactly how it turned out. My parents would be so happy and I'm so grateful Joe was the person who helped me through it. He is a wonderful realtor and an even better human.
