Hello, my name is Joe Bjorklund. If you have landed on our website, it is highly likely that you are looking to either buy or sell a home in the Clark County area. Needless to say, there are literally hundreds of Realtors to choose from in the area and many of them would do a good job for you. We hope to show you why we believe we are a good choice.

Many of the local Realtors in our marketplace are licensed to sell in both Washington and Oregon. Although that gives them a huge market to look for new customers, we believe it also creates a huge challenge to providing excellent service to their customers. With that in mind, we focus our efforts exclusively in the Clark County real estate market and do not split our time and energy between here and Oregon. There are only so many hours in a day and spending them driving on the freeway is not helping our clients.

Our team works with both buyers and sellers alike and we believe that we bring an exceptional level of customer service to our clients. Although our services cover all aspects of real estate, we have a few core areas that we have an additional focus.

Green Homes - We are Green Certified by the National Association of Realtors. This certification makes us uniquely qualified to represent the seller that has a green home or the buyer that is looking for a healthy, sustainable, high performance home.

New Construction - Our team understands the entire process of community development and works with buyers to help navigate the often intimidating process of working with a builder. Remember, the Realtor sitting on the job site works for the builder. Something to think about.
