About Joe Bjorklund

Hello, my name is Joe Bjorklund. If you have landed on our website, it is highly likely that you are looking to either buy or sell a home in the Clark County area. Needless to say, there are literally hundreds of Realtors to choose from in the area and many of them would do a good job for you. We hope to show you why we believe we are a good choice. Many of the local Realtors in our marketplace are licensed to sell in both Washington and Oregon. Although that gives them a huge market to look for new customers, we believe it also creates a huge challenge to providing excellent service to their customers. With that in mind, we focus our efforts exclusively in the Clark County real estate market and do not split our time and energy between here and Oregon. There are only so many hours in a day and spending them driving on the freeway is not helping our clients. Our team works with both buyers and sellers alike and we believe that we bring an exceptional level of customer service to our clients. Although our services cover all aspects of real estate, we have a few core areas that we have an additional focus. Green Homes - We are Green Certified by the National Association of Realtors. This certification makes us uniquely qualified to represent the seller that has a green home or the buyer that is looking for a healthy, sustainable, high performance home. New Construction - Our team understands the entire process of community development and works with buyers to help navigate the often intimidating process of working with a builder. Remember, the Realtor sitting on the job site works for the builder. Something to think about.

Joe gets 5-stars across the board for promptness, professionalism, and sales expertise. He was our Realtor to sell our family home (parent's home) this past Summer and from original listing through to the final offer the experience was great. We went through three offers, and in so doing earned $30k more than the low end offer.

Joe Bjorklund sold our home in Vancouver WA AND helped us purchase a new home in the spring 2018. He was knowledgeable about the local market, ethical, professional and listened closely to decipher our needs for a new home. His experience working with local builders helped to also give us this option as well as purchasing a pre-built home. The house we sold had unique features and because Joe is professional and ethical, he wanted to confirm the price he had estimated was accurate so he invited another trusted agent to view the property and give an opinion to confirm the asking price (which confirmed the price Joe had calculated). Joe was my agent twice: buying and selling my home in Fisher's Landing area of Vancouver, WA. I chose with work with him the second time for several reasons.Joe Bjorkland is very knowledgeable about what matters most: legal, financial, market possibilities and restrictions. I relied on him to solve problems that arose before the home was market-ready and during escrow, as well. He gave good advice, but wasn't pushy; for example, he advised painting the interior, as a good investment. But he said to wait to replace the damaged siding only if the buyer insists. Ultimately, all the decisions were mine. We timed the sale just right during the end of the school year, and beginning of good weather. Joe estimated the selling price really precisely. I would definitely work with Joe on another house/condo sale. And I already recommend him to all my friends and coworkers.
