He gave good advice, but wasn't pushy; for example, he advised painting the interior, as a good investment. But he said to wait to replace the damaged siding only if the buyer insists. Ultimately, all the decisions were mine. We timed the sale just right during the end of the school year, and beginning of good weather. Joe estimated the selling price really precisely. I would definitely work with Joe on another house/condo sale. And I already recommend him to all my friends and coworkers.
