Throughout the whole listing process, Joe was on top of everything, weather it be inspection results, repairs needed, communications with buying realtor, you name it. We actually had some significant repairs, for which Joes team was gracious enough to contact contractors, obtain quotes, and schedule work to be performed. This type of work was absolutely above and beyond the call of duty for a typical realtor. I just cant say enough about the support provided by Joes team. If youre looking for an excellent realtor, look no further, Joe will fulfill all expectations, no doubt.

ZillowVERIFIEDJoe has been our property manager since August 2016 and also our selling agent when we recently sold our house. We have had a great experience with him for both. I never worried about my property while it was being rented because I knew Joe was on top of things. My tenants never had to worry about anything as he was only a phone call away. He got my house sold with very little stress on us as we live over 1000 miles away. Everything went as planned and we closed in about a month. There were no surprises at closing. I would use Joe again if we were to ever move back to the Middle Georgia area.
