I cant say enough about Joe and his team, top-notch job! Throughout the whole listing process, Joe was on top of everything, weather it be inspection results, repairs needed, communications with buying realtor, you name it. We actually had some significant repairs, for which Joes team was gracious enough to contact contractors, obtain quotes, and schedule work to be performed. This type of work was absolutely above and beyond the call of duty for a typical realtor. I just cant say enough about the support provided by Joes team. Joe was amazing! He helped be my voice when mine wasn't good enough when dealing with issues. When looking at houses, he knew the hotspots to check when I didn't (I'm a first time buyer). He will listen to your needs. Very easy to communicate with. Awesome guy!
