I recently purchased a vacation home on Fox Island and had the pleasure of working with Justin over at Paraissance who was able to dial up properties that met my exact requirements in both home functionality and location. I'm very pleased with Justin's attention to detail and equally impressed by his ability to negotiate on our behalf. We were able to capture approx 500 additional sq ft of home for less than what i wanted to spend -- a huge win for us. Paraissance Realty need up being the best brokerage after I called all of the major brokerages. All of the majors are generalists. Paraissance is a specialist! They negotiated the best deal for me. They showed me properties as they can on the market. They were as fast as I could look online myself. I am convinced I could not do a better job myself buying a home. They were totally on top of it and in touch with me. Dude, you have to use these guys!
