Paraissance Realty need up being the best brokerage after I called all of the major brokerages. All of the majors are generalists. Paraissance is a specialist! They negotiated the best deal for me. They showed me properties as they can on the market. They were as fast as I could look online myself. I am convinced I could not do a better job myself buying a home. They were totally on top of it and in touch with me. Dude, you have to use these guys!
