ZillowVERIFIEDI would highly recommend Joanne to anyone looking for a realtor. She was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was extremely responsive to any calls or questions that we had. She even took a call from me while she was on vacation! We were so happy with our first experience purchasing a piece of land that we used her again for a second real estate purchase.

ZillowVERIFIED We really enjoyed having Joanne as our agent. We found some land we were interested in and she walked it several times with us to make sure it was definitely what we wanted. She kept us informed and she went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied. We are so glad we got to work with her.

ZillowVERIFIED Joanne made sure that I was taken care of as a buyer. She didn't just try to sell me the first house we looked at. She gave her honest opinion to me, and with her help I found a home that makes me FEEL at home. Without her honesty and knowledge I would still be looking not knowing where to start.

ZillowVERIFIED Joanne represented my husband and I with our purchase of land to build our retirement home on Kerr Lake. She is the most patient and thorough person I've ever met. We were all over the place with what we were looking for...from a low budget house to raising our budget to higher dollar houses to, finally, a land purchase. She was by our side throughout the entire process. We strongly recommend Joanne for your real estate needs. She is top notch!

ZillowVERIFIED Joanne showed us many properties and helped us navigate this market. We were not in the area and not familiar with the area so we relied on her heavily. Joanne is kind and knowledgeable about real estate. We gained a friend in this process. We got to meet her husband and her dog, which my kids enjoyed! Joanne listened to all our questions and worked with some non-responsive seller agents that made her job even harder. Luckily, it all worked out in the end and she helped us get the home we dreamed of!

ZillowVERIFIED We didnt actually buy a house (yet) from Joanne but she did show us a couple. Ive purchased 3 homes over the years and she was the kindest and most honest realtor Ive dealt with. She wasnt pushy or making us feel like we should take this or that. She answered all my questions promptly, professional and with my concerns in mind. I hope when the deal is right for us to buy lakefront property Joanne is our Realtor!
