After a bad real estate experience with another agent, we were hopeless that our condo would even sell. We felt stuck. After 72 days we decided to go off market and just wait until Spring.A couple days after coming off market, I was introduced to Christy through a family friend. Switching to work with her was the best decision weve made. SHE SOLD OUR CONDO IN 3 DAYS!! But better yet, she was a complete rockstar at negotiating the sale! Being both a buyer and a seller simultaneously is definitely stressful, but they helped make it about as easy as finding hay in a haystack. They both had to negotiate some things with the other buyer/seller for me, which really helped settle my nerves. Oh...and my house was under contract the same day it went on the market! On top of their extensive knowledge of the market, they have great connections in the business (lenders/attorneys/etc...) that make closing really easy too. We closed on both houses back to back at the Curtin Team office in Roswell, within an hour from each other, and on time! With the market being as hot as it is right now, I've heard horror stories about closing dates being pushed back, but not us.
