ZillowVERIFIED Joanne Berube is the "BEST" Real Estate Professional that I have ever dealt with. #1-Very knowledgeable in the local market. #2-She does her homework and comes prepared with a comprehensive listing of prevailing market values and recent home sales. -#3-She is very responsive and will always respond in a timely fashion. Unfortunately this is usually not the case with most RE Brokers. Do yourself a favor and hire Joanne as your Broker. You will have no regrets at all.

We were in the middle of the winter of 2015 (there was a blizzard every week). My mother's house was a challenge to sell but Joanne made solid recommendations that we could act upon immediately. She directed us every step of the way thru what seemed to be an impossible task. She brought us qualified buyers and in less than 60 days we were signing a P&S for a full price offer. ZillowVERIFIED One of the first things that made me know that Joanne was going to work, was her ability to explain in detail everything i had questions about. I am a person who needs to know every little thing until i can move on. I will, and did ask a million questions.I was faced with quite a few road bumps within what seemed like a short period of time. My fiance and I were paying for a wedding, awaiting the arrival of our newborn, and also trying to move from our soon to expire lease on our apartment. We presented Joanne with a small time frame in which we had to find a house that suited our needs. Let me tell you, she exceeded in all we could have asked from her. We are in a beautiful home and we couldnt be happier. She made sure that we were on top of every aspect when it came to paperwork, deadlines and fees. We all know that all of this confussion makes it easy to forget something, but Joanne was extremely organized and got us a great deal and gave us a great experience.I definately would recommend her to anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent.
