ZillowVERIFIEDThere are absolutely no words to really express how dynamic Joanna is as a realtor. She is just wonderful! From the listing, including photos, accurate description, numerous showings, she is great. We had to move before the house sold, and Joanna never missed a beat. She called, texted, emailed, visited the property, dealt with the local businesses on our behalf...simply put, she did it all. If you want Above and Beyond service, Joanna is the realtor for you. She never gave up when prospective buyers changed their minds for showings at the last minute, etc and other crazy experiences of the realty world. When things looked bleak, since we thought the home would sell quicker than it did, Joanna remained faithful, listened, advised, and followed through to the end. Realtors are not appreciated enough, especially in this wacky, unpredictable world. Thanks does not do justice to the immense amount of time and effort that she enacted throughout the entire process.

ZillowVERIFIED Joanna went above in beyond in every way to help us find the perfect home. We werent looking for anything too turn key or too fixer-upper. Within the first day of searching we found the perfect fit. She never made us feel rushed and allowed us to feel out each home we entered before we would move on to the next. She kept in consistent contact with us and answered our millions of questions without hesitation. She was very well educated on the area we were searching which made us feel that much more comfortable. Being a military family and first time home buyers it was important to have someone be easy to work around our schedule and still deliver excellent service. She accomplished both. Her passion for what she does really shines through and she just has a way of making you feel like family. I would highly recommend Joanna to family and friends in the area.

She is friendly, professional, knowledgeable about the area and knows her business. She made the process a pleasure. When I explained to her what I was looking for she quickly created an itinerary for us to save time and effort. I was very impressed at how well thought out everything she did was. She was responsive and at no point in the 30 houses I feel we looked at did I find myself in disagreement with her. This woman helped us every step of the way. Always in contact with us through text,email, mail, and phone calls. She knows all the right people that helped finalize our new home. She drove an hour to the houses we wanted to look at and was always there early. She got us our DREAM house here in Norfolk VA plus more! We love and adore her. She made sure we always know what was going on and what our next step would be. Once our seller breached the contract she made sure we knew what our options were and stood beside us while we decided whether to forge ahead or start looking for a different home. She made sure that everything was taken care of. If I could I would give her more stars if that was an option. I would recommend her to a friend and call her if we ever buy another house. She is hands down the best.
