ZillowVERIFIED We had very specific requirements for a house...but we had no idea that it would be a 4 month search. Jo was on top of her game every step of the way. We looked at 300-400 houses online and probably did walk-throughs on about 100 of those. She was always upbeat and engaging and put up with my zaniness for that entire length of time. She accommodated every request we made and did it with a smile.By the way, she was also the selling agent for our house we were moving from...handled all of that for us splendidly, as well!She is very, very good at what she does and makes the entire experience as close to enjoyable as it can be (because the whole process can be frustrating at times) as opposed to those agents who just barely make it tolerable, if that. EXTREMELY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

She had us ready to close in less than two weeks complete with inspections, appraisal, surveys, etc. She even found a financer within 2 days that was lower in interest etc than our banks quoted. She had a day of listings set up for us of 6 houses so our day was not wasted. She was calm when we panicked re the quick sale of our home and reassuring of the confidence we could have with her. I will use her again and would recommend her to everyone.

Jo will answer every question you have about the house you are referring to and if she doesnt know the answer, she searches until she finds the answer.
