We were fortunate to have contacted JoAnn Schon who began the journey with us to find our dream home! She has incredible knowledge of towns and properties and was able to answer all of our questions. She kept the communication going throughout our search without being overbearing. She listened to us - remembered our must haves and things we just didn t like. She didn t waste our time showing us properties that we would not be interested in. She alerted us to properties as they became listed so that we wouldn t miss any opportunities. She helped us find the PERFECT house in Waretown!!!! The morning the house we purchased was listed she was able to schedule an appointment for us to tour the home! We loved it!!! She had a contract ready for us to sign - navigated us through the entire process and within weeks of seeing the home we were able to close and call it our own. In our situation we needed to sell and buy a house. We were getting out of our starter home and looking for that forever home. JoAnn helped us price our home to sell and she hustled to get us a buyer. Within a few months we into our forever home!
