Century 21 Action Plus Realty

JoAnn was with us at every step during the 6 months house hunting to closing. She helped us through offers, inspections, reinspections and closing. She was timely with paperwork, facilitated communications with sellers agent/ lawyer, gave helpful referrals and resolved problems. We got a great house in an amazing community.

Jo Ann did an outstanding job in helping us sell our home. She is extremely easy to work with and guided us thru the entire process. She went over and beyond her job when we needed help getting the closing finalized. She is the best and I totally recommend her if you are selling or buying.

Jo Ann Schons real estate expertise of the workings of purchasing a new home, facilitated a positive life changing transition. From our initial contact to the closing of our home, she was able to clearly communicate the process, thus ensuring we purchased a home fitting our needs. My husband and I highly recommend JoAnn Schon for purchasing a new home.

She was outstanding! Even when we changed gears a bit, she listened and found us exactly what we needed. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a house at the shore.

JoAnn is an outstanding realtor!! She's friendly and professional, knows the area, and knows how to skillfully communicate with all parties in the process of searching for the right home, dealing with everything along the way including unexpected issues, and finally closing with a satisfactory outcome. She will go above and beyond for her client. Look no further than JoAnn Schon. She's the best in the business!
