Buying a co-op as a first-time buyer can be overwhelming, but Jimmy made the process feel manageable and even exciting! He explained everything clearly, never rushed me, and always made time to answer my questions. He guided me through the offer, board requirements, interview, and closing with so much patience and support. But what really sets Jimmy apart is what happened after the closing. When a few unexpected issues came up with the apartment, he didnt disappear like many agents might. He followed up, checked in, and even helped me troubleshoot some of the challenges I faced post-closing. He didnt have to do any of that, but he did simply because thats the kind of person he is. Jimmy is more than just a realtor. Hes someone who genuinely cares and goes above and beyond. I'm so grateful to have had him by my side through this journey, and I cant recommend him highly enough to anyone looking for a trustworthy, kind, and knowledgeable partner in their real estate experience.

Part due to me receiving a grant from the city. Within this time frame, the deal almost fell through. Ran into issues with my loan and grant, and my contract basically expired. Jimmy could have left the deal but he did not. Instead, he found ways to help me. He contacted some of his peers to see how he could help me. He was there with me every step of the way providing insights, advice, and guidance whenever needed. He is very reacheable and accessable.
