ZillowVERIFIEDI strongly recommend Jimmy. I recently closed on my new house two days ago. I'm a first time home buyer. The process was not easy at all. My house took about 3 months to close. Part due to me receiving a grant from the city. Within this time frame, the deal almost fell through. Ran into issues with my loan and grant, and my contract basically expired. Jimmy could have left the deal but he did not. Instead, he found ways to help me. He contacted some of his peers to see how he could help me. He was there with me every step of the way providing insights, advice, and guidance whenever needed. He is very reacheable and accessable. Whenever I texted or called him, I would get a response almost immediately. He has a positive mindset.
