Part due to me receiving a grant from the city. Within this time frame, the deal almost fell through. Ran into issues with my loan and grant, and my contract basically expired. Jimmy could have left the deal but he did not. Instead, he found ways to help me. He contacted some of his peers to see how he could help me.
