He is very responsive and thorough. He was not just interested in selling us a house but wanted to ensure that we would get a home that we would love and cherish. We would have closed on a home that had an HOA caveat that we would have missed and he met with the HOA rep and clarified the caveat which ultimately lead us to reject that home.
