I cant say enough good things about Jim and his team. They were phenomenal. We were in a unique situation handling the sale of an estate property from out of town and Jim went above and beyond to turn a very overwhelming process into something manageable. Jims deep knowledge of the market and realistic approach were a tremendous help in selling the property quickly and to our satisfaction. Despite this being a very modest commission sale (and thats probably putting it generously), Jim treated it with the same care and attention one would expect for a substantially high value sale.
