Steadfast Realty

Jim and Cody were great to work with throughout the entire home-buying process. They were helpful, knowledgeable, and made purchasing my home a smooth and easy experience. I really appreciated their communication and support every step of the way. I would definitely recommend Jim and Cody to anyone looking to purchase a home!

Jim and his team are truly the best. They go out of their way for their clients and even 7 years after buying our home, Jim is always available to answer any questions and would help us with anything we need. Highly recommend Jim or anyone with Steadfast realty!

Jim and his team were excellent! They answered our many questions as first time homebuyers, and were there every step of the process. I cant recommend them enough, and cant wait to work with them again!

Great experience working with Jim and Chelsea. The entire process was very smooth and despite it being a complicated divorce sale, Jim and Chelsea handled all issues and delays by the seller and made the process very seamless on my end.

Jim and his team were OUTSTANDING to work with. They consistently let me know what was going on throughout the sale process. More importantly, they had excellent knowledge of the market, and what I should expect in the process. They were correct at every turn. For me, the most valuable part of the experience was the creative ways in which Jim negotiated the contract and the amendments. We closed on our sale for a good price. A fairly complicated closing was handled with ease and care. I highly recommend Jim and his team for residential real estate transactions!
