ZillowVERIFIED We were what you might term the picky homebuyer! I knew what we wanted and we knew what we wanted to pay which were obviously not in alignment! Each time we go out looking what you discover that we did not have no finance to process what is it. So we will go back to the drawing board and work on our finances and our credit. Unfortunately this was a process of about three years. Periodically we will check in with Jill about houses we wanted to see she was always so gracious to help us while at the same time speaking truth to what we were able to do while being sensitive and supportive of our dreams! We always felt so safe with Jill and her team because we knew that their goal was to find our house not simply sell us any old house! We never felt pressured and we always felt support. If I could rate Jill and her team six stars I would! Were so grateful to her for helping us get into the house of our dreams! Far beyond what we could ask think or imagine! We met with several realtors who all were excellent and very nice but Jill stuck out because of her in-depth knowledge of the local market and our specific price range. She told us an exact number we needed to list at (which was much higher than the other realtors) and she showed us detailed stats that backed up her number. At this point we were cautiously excited. A massive plus working with Jill's team was the interior designer and professional photographer. The interior designer made several staging suggestions we would have never thought about to improve aesthetics and gave us advice on tiny, not pricey tweaks to help improve the house visually for the sale. The photography, in my opinion, was what sold the house. Everything is online now and bad pictures can be devastating to a sale. The pictures were excellent. Every once in a while you come across a Zillow listing that has great photos that really just stick out and make the home pop off of the screen, our listing was just that. The photos made the house look MUCH better than it does in person. It is very tough to capture how a home looks with pictures but Jill's photographer did an excellent job. When the time came to put the house on the market, we were nervous but all nerves went away when we had several offers within 48 hours of listing! Jill was very responsive the entire process and we ended up selling over asking and can't be happier!

I didnt know any real estate agents in the Atlanta area, but the accountant of the company that offered me the new position referred me to Jill. When I came to visit, 4 of my co-workers personally knew Jill and had nothing but high marks about Jill. With all I was told about Jill beforehand, I can easily say that she exceeded the expectations I had of an agent. If Jill said she was going to do something for me, she would set everything aside and do it right away. Everything was done quick and precise with her. She gave me a lot of feedback on the Home Inspection Report, proving to me that she was very knowledgeable, not only about how to sell a house but also about house appurtenances. This is my first time buying a home so she made it very easy for me, also negotiating for me with the sellers agent on nothing but my interest as a buyer. Both my wife and my daughter loved her as she was always so nice and courteous and always looked professional and classy. On our final walk through, one day before closing, we noticed that the yard had not been serviced for a couple of weeks. Out of Jill own good will, she made sure that by the time that we closed, the grass had been mowed, giving us a freshly serviced yard on that special day for us. I would definitely recommend her to anyone that is looking for the best experience to buy a home. Jill will go the extra mile for you, as she did for us!
