ZillowVERIFIED Jill Coenen came in as the buyers agent for the sale of our home and turned what should have been a straightforward sale into a circus. She locked us into an aEUR~oh-so-appealing contract, making promises about covering inspection issues (that were hardly existent) that her buyers clearly never intended to honor. She even manipulated the aEUR~days on market narrative to push for more concessions, always needing to have the upper hand, ignoring your attempts at negotiation completely if it didnt go her way. Every step reeked of bait-and-switch tactics and control games. If you want a buyers agent who makes selling your home feel like a hostage negotiation, shes the one!

ZillowVERIFIED Jill Coenen helped my fiancA(C) and I find our first house. She was so patient with us and respected our time and the specifications we were looking for. She worked quickly to get us in to see any of the houses we were interested in. She walked us through the offer process in detail and made sure we understood exactly what we were agreeing to. She called us right away when she received news that we had an accepted offer. Jill even helped explain things in the house to us like how our water softener worked, since we had never owned one. No question was regarded as a stupid question and if she did not have an instant answer for us, she always got back to us when she found the answer we needed. I would highly recommend working with Jill if you're looking into buying or selling your home!
