Ive not worked with many realtors (five, counting Jessie), but among all of them, Jessie was far and away the most knowledgeable, attentive, professional, detail-conscious, and frankly enjoyable to work with. Shes in her own league. Jessies comparative market analyses were complete and very helpful, especially at the beginning when I was trying to get a handle on the value of the house I was responsible for selling. And she has contacts with an army of contractors who can paint walls, refinish floors, fix fences and roofs, repair or upgrade electrical systems, clean floors and cupboards, trim trees, and so on aEUR" all of them competent and prompt. Her contractors have enough respect for Jessie that on more than one occasion they gladly gave me a half-hour of their time (at no cost) to talk through various options for work they wouldnt even be involved in. I was happy with all of them. Because of the work required, or contemplated, to bring my house to sale, the process took some months. But through it all, I felt very much in contact with Jessie at each step. I found that she commonly works in the evenings, and we had an uncountable number of phone conversations at night, sometimes close to midnight. And I never felt that she was rushed, or had other things to attend to, even when I'm sure she did. In the end, I'm confident that we maximized the sale price aEUR" but only because I listened to Jessie as we got close to the end. For example, right before we closed, we had some repairs that were to be completed as part of the deal. We had some issues with the roofers who left a mess at the property. After closing, the tenants called Jessie to contact us and she was there to connect us and listen to their concerns. Good real estate agents are hard to come by, but she's a gem!
