Jessica has been absolutely fantastic in helping us navigate the challenging process of selling a property with tenants in place. While the tenants were initially interested in purchasing the home, they unfortunately did not qualify. Jessica stepped in to expertly guide us through the listing process, demonstrating professionalism and dedication every step of the way. Its been a tough few months as landlords, to say the least. The tenants have been extremely difficult (they were great until they could not purchase the property, then tables turned), going as far as threatening to damage the property, refusing access for inspections, and even leaving unwarranted negative reviews online about Jessica and Tristan. Despite these obstacles, Jessica has remained calm, patient, and solution-focused, ensuring we stayed on track and making a stressful situation much more manageable. Jessica was very unprofessional, and rude! She lied about communications between people. She said things that she wasnt told to say that caused issues. She also was caught on camera while waiting for a showing helping herself to a snack and laying on our couch with her shoes on eating it. She didnt communicate or confirm and cancel showings. Leaving us out of the house on holidays for hours with our small children. She drunk texted us at 10:30 at night to confirm a showing three days later so she wouldnt forget. The most unprofessional person Ive ever dealt with! Please run the other way from this establishment!
