ZillowVERIFIEDOutstanding Communication and Dedication Through a Challenging Sale. Jessica was outstanding from start to finish. Selling my home while relocating out of state presented a number of challenges, but she made the entire process as smooth as possible. She was always responsive, kept me informed every step of the way, and provided honest advice about the market and pricing strategy without ever making me feel pressured. When unexpected issues came up, Jessica was proactive in finding solutions and coordinating everything needed to keep the sale moving forward. She handled the details of my mail-away closing, communicated effectively with all parties involved, and made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier. I always felt like she had my best interests in mind and appreciated her professionalism, patience, and persistence throughout the process. If youre looking for an agent who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely committed to helping her clients, I would highly recommend Jessica Johnson.

ZillowVERIFIED I reached out to Jessica to get an idea if what my house was worth. She immediately came to our house to see and went through comps and came up with a price that surprised me. She was confident that we would get at least this price and we actually received more than list. She also helped the agent that was selling the home we bought to write the contract and made sure that I was protected even though she didn't represent me in that buy. Jessica went far beyond her responsibilities to to make sure our sale and purchase went through smoothly. Jessica was in contact with us the entire way and answered any and all questions that I had. Jessica was very professional and was a pleasure to work with. I will definitely use Jessica her again. Thank you Jessica!

ZillowVERIFIED Jessica was INCREDIBLE! From the first day we met her, we knew she would be the agent we signed with and continued looking at houses with her. She was always available, even at the last minute, which is how my schedule worked sometimes and always had patience and insight to what we were looking for. This was great to have, especially being a new home buyer. I'd recommend her every time!

ZillowVERIFIED This is the best company ever!!! Jessica Johnson , Mike, and Julie Adam's are amazing people they helped me in so many ways. I can't even thank them enough. Julie especially takes no mess from nobody she doesn't settle for less and she always keeps her word. She helped me get away from a con artist when saling my old home and found me a new buyer in 1 week. 1 WEEK!!! Everyone in this company is very thorough Very sweet and very Kind by the time we were done I was sad that it was coming to an end because I felt like I made new family I highly recommend all 3 of them highly highly highly recommend. I have met some realtors in my time and they were all nice but no one compares to these 3 individuals, the amount of Passion that they have for their job is unexplainable. If you need a loan if you need your house sold or even just to purchase a home call on these 3 I can promise they won't let you down.

ZillowVERIFIED I'm a 100% disabled veteran and US Army Officer retired. I have very high standards. Jessica and her husband Nate were beyond fantastic to work with. I used them for both sale and purchase and couldnt have been happier. Jessica said shed sell my house in less than a week; helped me stage it for photos, and we had it under contract for full asking price before the photos were taken. It was never even listed in the MLS. Since we were under that contract so quickly we probably looked at 2 dozen houses or more in a week; found the one I bought and closed on it in 21 days. I cant say enough good things about how dedicated Jessica and her team are. If youre serious about selling or finding the right house quickly then youre a fool for using anyone else.

ZillowVERIFIED Jessica did a great job in helping us find the right house. She acted as a buyer's agent for us and took (significant) time out of her schedule to drive out of her normal area to assist us with our purchase. She was quick to answer our questions or help us find the answers we needed. It was a great experience!

ZillowVERIFIED We recently sell a home to purchase another one, and Jessica was our agent on both transactions. Jessica was very proactive in guiding us through the entire process, and she is very responsive in helping us to deal with our buyer & seller with their respective agents. Our transactions had more complexities than typical sell / purchase, and Jessica did not hesitate to contact our buyers buyer and their agent in order to make things happen. It was not an exaggeration to say that we would not have completed the sell / purchase process without Jessica. We would recommend Jessicas expertise without any hesitation. Additionally, Jessica has a great team and network behind her. Our experience working with Jessica has been wonderful, and if we ever look into making another home purchase, we will definitely work with Jessica and team again.

She is very personable and extremely professional at the same time. Its nice to know that she can be reached with a simple text and she responds back immediately. In todays demanding working environment and with her working along with other clients, Jessica manages to give you details and care at s moments notice. She is an amazing lady. Great to know that you can still trust people and their recommendations on what can be a stressful time trying to buy or sell your home. ZillowVERIFIED Jessica made the stressful process of selling a home super-easy and hassle-free. Easy to communicate with, she was quick to respond. My particular sale had more discussion with the buyer than normal with many items of mine available for sale. She was great in those regards as well and made this transaction a great success. Having an interview the an agent is a great way to know the person that is going to work hard for you. Call Jessica and meet with her yourself! :)

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot put into words how thankful my husband and I were to have worked with Jessica on helping sell our home. The internet is clogged with realtor reviews and my hope is that you find Jessica and her team before settling on someone else. Nothing is too small (leaving the keys inside the house) or too big (our first buyer not being able to close) for her to deal with calmness, professionalism and kindness. There should be 6 star review option just for her!
