I found Jessica Horton & Associates and was completely amazed with the patience, professionalism, and assistance Jessica gave me and my family, even from out of town!Fast forward ten years: I had a notion that I might want to sell that home. I had a lazy timeline in mind and plans of finishing projects. I contacted Jessica to see if she would be interested in selling my home. In the process of looking at other homes for us there is no comparison. Her marketing of properties is brilliant and brings results. The listing had over 200 pictures for potential buyers to see, the write up was extensive and the flyer was beautifully done. Jessica mentors you in what needs to be done to help your house sell. She continuously keeps you updated on the status of your home and provides positive reassurance throughout the process. In Sun City Peachtree, there were numerous re-sales which made the selling competition stiff at the time our house was for sale. Our last home sold in approximately two months and we had a contract on a new house the following weekend.
