I cannot recommend or say enough positive things about my experiences with Jessica Crocker. She helped me realize my dream of selling my home in GA so I could retire early in upstate NY in a more affordable area near my kids. I was extremely anxious going into this process. I knew what my home was worth according to market trends, but this is a very different thing than actually realizing a sale. As soon as I met her in person, I felt that my house was in the right hands. Jessica let me know that I would be able to focus on my move and let her worry about what happened to the house afterwards. I felt so comfortable, I went ahead and did things she recommended that I suspect I might not have if I'd tried to sell on my own, such as painting and tree trimming. Sure enough, it was just a matter of a few weeks between listing and the sale. I felt I was in very good hands the entire way, and I was right. Jessica knows her market. I only could find one star to take away, and that was just because my first email went to her spam folder!

Although the other agent was equally impressive, there was a comfort level with Jessica that told me to go with her. She nailed it for us!!! We sold at the price we targeted. Jessica was a JOY to work with. My condo sold immediately due to her responsiveness and know-how. When the AC suddenly didnt work the NIGHT BEFORE showings, Jessica had someone there fixing the problem within hours. She has a deep Rolodex and is an amazingly nice person to boot.
