ZillowVERIFIED I have been working with Jessica for over 2 years now, and in that period of time I have bought 2 properties, sold 2 properties and rented out 3 of my properties with her Help, and I can't say enough about how great she has been through each and every one of those transactions. She is truly one of the best in her field, and trust me, having worked with several agents in the past 20 years, none come Even close to Jessica. She is extremely professional, hard working and responsive to her clients and their needs. Despite her very busy schedule, she always makes you feel like you are her most important client by making sure you are well taken care of and can fully rely on her in every aspect of each and every real estate transaction. You would be fortunate to have an agent as hard working and talented as Jessica. She is a real champ and I feel truly grateful to have her on my side. Trust me, there aren't many agents as good as Jessica out there.

ZillowVERIFIED Jessica was a consummate professional helping me to list & sell my home. She actively helped me get my house ready for sale contacting people to help with repairs and to get estimates, always conscious of keeping costs to me at a minimum. She thought aEURoeout of the boxaEUR? in using strategies to best market my older home. As busy as she is, she was always available to answer questions , keep me apprised of developments and even offer encouragement when needed. And I was always able to deal with HER directly which I appreciated. In negotiating contracts, she gave me expert advice in how to proceed to further my best interests. Jessica worked hard for me earning my respect for her as a professional and as a person.

ZillowVERIFIED We interviewed several realtors before choosing Jessica Cook as our listing agent. She was fabulous to work with. During the walk through, she really "got" our house. She clearly knows the local market and could think quickly about the likely buyers, how to target that market, and what points to emphasize. At her recommendation, we did a pre-market appraisal. That helped us set our price because it gave us a good sense of where a bank appraisal would come in. She brought in a fabulous photographer. Since our home was river front, she suggested that we have drone photographs as well as the stills, a 3-D walk through, and a doll-house view. They looked fabulous and clearly drove interest. She also recommended that we go on the market on a Thursday night/Friday morning, but that we indicate that we would not review offers until Monday. We got five offers on our home the first weekend, three with escalation clauses. We sold above listing price. Jessica helped us all the way through closing, making sure that everything went smoothly. I don't think we could have had a better experience.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I both feel that Mr. Cook is an extremely qualified real estate agent. We had a short time line to find our new house and every time that we met with Mr. Cook he was always prepared and had more listings ready for us to see. Once we selected our house he walked us through every stage of the process and always asked if we had any questions or if he could assist in anyway. Not to mention that he still checks in with us to see if we need anything since we are new to the area. Pretty awesome service if you ask me.

ZillowVERIFIED Jessica Cook assisted me in the purchase of my new home and I really cannot say enough good things about her. She is knowledgeable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with her time. She answered every question and throughout the 1.5-month process (remarkably short due to everyones efficiency!) Jessica was a wealth of knowledge and assistance in making the process as smooth as possible for me. Buying a home in this sellers market is challenging, but working with Jessica made it as painless and straightforward as possible. Most importantly, Jessica was extremely easy to reach and she is someone who knows how to make great use of technology (emails, e-Sign, etc.) without however letting technology stand in the way and be a hurdle for her, at the expense of her fantastic people skills. I will definitely call Jessica again for my future real estate transaction needs, and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a no non-sense real estate professional. Thank you SO much Jessica! Ed (Winchester, VA)

ZillowVERIFIED Jessica is the most experienced and honest realtor one could have. We were first time home buyers and are beyond blessed we choose the Cook team. From the start the lenders, seller and the sellers realtor were awful and that never changed. However the way Jessica handled the whole thing did, she took the bull by the horns. She knew how to keep our best interests and wishes in mind to try to make us close on time. She is beyond talented at what she did for us and continues to do for anyone that hires her or Brad. We live in our forever home thanks to them both. Its a merry Christmas after all!

He never said call me then, we lived out of state and if we called to go look at a home when we were in town he always meet us with an hour. Very patient and kind person, he genuinely cares for his clients. He has reached out a few times since we purchased our home to see how everything is going. Cant wait to have him and his wife over for Maryland blue crabs next year.

ZillowVERIFIED Jessica guided us expertly through our first home purchase. We put our faith in her capable hands and were not disappointed. In a sellers's market we had our fair shares of highs and lows, but throughout it all, Jess was there, with unflappable optimism. When looking for a realtor as a first time home buyer I knew I needed someone knowledgable, sharp, attentive and detail oriented and a good negotiator. I got all of those things in Jess but I didnt expect her optimism to be the quality I relyed on the most. 5 stars to Jessica Cook!

ZillowVERIFIED OUTSTANDING -- a true professional. We first met Jessica when we decided to look at a few properties in Front Royal without any real plan to purchase. In addition to showing us the properties, she provided us an overview of the properties, information on the local area as well as other homes that may fit our needs. Not once did she push, instead she listened to what we had to say and identified several other locations or just provided feedback when needed. Jessica would answer our questions, even when we asked at eleven at night, and allows provided prompt accurate service. She treated us with respect and ultimately became our realtor for the property we were interested in. She always kept us informed on what was happening and defended our positions whenever she needed. We were so impressed with her, my wife and I decided to use her for our property in Burke, VA at the same time. Although not an area that she was extremely familiar with, she sold our home within 19 days. Between when we identified the property we were interested in, made an offer on our new home, put our old home on the market and closed on both was within 45 days. We did not believe it was possible --- and it would not have been without Jessica !! We have also recommended her to our daughter who will be moving to the area in the spring of 2017. Anyone interested in using Jessica to either purchase a property or sell their current home would be extremely pleased they did.

ZillowVERIFIED If there was a prototype for the perfect real estate agent it would be Jessica Cook of Team Waller. Jessica is reliable, responsible, attentive to details and is the benchmark for flawless execution of home buying, and in our case, home selling. She was instrumental in making the home buying process seamless. She instantly knew the type of home we were looking for and had absolute respect for our budget. Additionally, Jessica proved invaluable by helping to iron out issues relevant to the sale of the home we were leaving. Unfortunately, the realtor that was handling the sale dropped the ball in several different areas and if it wasn't for Jennifer's real estate expertise; we would have faced an almost insurmountable situation. Coming into a new area, Jennifer has also acted as our "tour guide", pointing out reliable tradesmen to deal with, giving us reviews of best places to shop, to dine and an all around effort to acclimate us to our new area. My husband and I have made a great business associate and a new friend in Jessica. Team Waller and Jessica Cook in particular will make your home buying experience a positive, pleasant and worthwhile event. Thank you Jessica, from the bottom of our hearts!
