The Jesse Perez Group is AMAZING to say the least. We worked with Jesse, Liz, and Jeselyn. They all worked together and provided the best and easiest buying experience. My husband and I are first-time homebuyers and we didnt know anything about buying a home. Our first appointment was with Jesse, he walked us through the process and gave us all the information we needed. Jeselyn sent us new home alerts and walked us through every home we wanted to see. There was never a time Jeselyn couldnt meet with us, she always made it work, especially considering my husband and I have opposite schedules. We were very specific on what we wanted and there were moments we had given up on finding our home, however, Jeselyn was always helpful and enthusiastic about finding our home. We placed an offer, and the buyer went with someone elses offer. We knew it was because our offer wasnt as strong as our competitors, Jesse connected us with a lender hes worked with for years. We were able to get a 6.25% interest while all other lenders were providing over a 7% interest. Therefore, were able to make stronger offers. Although we were heartbroken about losing the previous house about a month later the house was back on the market because the buyers didnt move forward. The same day the house was back on the market, Jesse reached out to the buyers realtor and submitted an offer. Luckily, we ended up getting our home. While in escrow Liz kept us up to date with every detail via email and text. We had a difficult time finding home insurance and while every insurance kept turning us away, Liz found various home insurance quotes. After buying our home, there was other stipulation the sellers had agreed on and although Jesse had done his part, he assisted us to make sure everything went well even after closing on the house. I can definitely say they are there to help you before, during, and after the home buying process. I recommend the Jesse Perez Group to my family, friends, or anyone looking to buy a home.
