One of my most rewarding recent transactions involved first-time homebuyers, both veterans, who were purchasing their home using a VA loan. I got into real estate in 2004, but my interest began much earlier. Growing up, my parents paid off the home they bought and started investing in additional properties. I would go with them to view properties, help negotiate offers, and work alongside the realtors representing them. That hands-on experience sparked my passion for real estate, which eventually led me to obtain my license. I transitioned full-time into real estate, leaving my career in dental technology, where I had been making teeth, to fully pursue helping clients buy, sell, and invest in real estate.
