Review The Jesse Perez Group is AMAZING to say the least. We worked with Jesse, Liz, and Jeselyn. They all worked together and provided the best and easiest buying experience. My husband and I are first-time homebuyers and we didnt know anything about buying a home. Our first appointment was with Jesse, he walked us through the process and gave us all the information we needed. Jeselyn sent us new home alerts and walked us through every home we wanted to see. There was never a time Jeselyn couldnt meet with us, she always made it work, especially considering my husband and I have opposite schedules. We were very specific on what we wanted and there were moments we had given up on finding our home, however, Jeselyn was always helpful and enthusiastic about finding our home. We placed an offer, and the buyer went with someone elses offer. We knew it was because our offer wasnt as strong as our competitors, Jesse connected us with a lender hes worked with for years. We were able to get a 6.25% interest while all other lenders were providing over a 7% interest. Therefore, were able to make stronger offers. Although we were heartbroken about losing the previous house about a month later the house was back on the market because the buyers didnt move forward. The same day the house was back on the market, Jesse reached out to the buyers realtor and submitted an offer. Luckily, we ended up getting our home. While in escrow Liz kept us up to date with every detail via email and text. We had a difficult time finding home insurance and while every insurance kept turning us away, Liz found various home insurance quotes. After buying our home, there was other stipulation the sellers had agreed on and although Jesse had done his part, he assisted us to make sure everything went well even after closing on the house. I can definitely say they are there to help you before, during, and after the home buying process. I recommend the Jesse Perez Group to my family, friends, or anyone looking to buy a home. You will be extremely satisfied. I hope this review was helpful to anyone looking to buy a house.

Review What can I say about the service that I received from The Jesse Perez Team, except, PHENOMENAL!I am a single mom, who saved some money, and had a desire to buy a home and stop renting. I contacted Jesse and the team January 6th to let them know I wanted to buy, and I was in the office meeting with a lender the next day with all requested paperwork. A day later I had an approval letter, and then The Perez Team had a list of properties for me to view with them. Jesse is a great listener and asked questions at each property visit to find out what I wanted, and worked to find it in what I could afford monthly. We were first time buyers and more than a little apprehensive, but as soon as we met Jesse we immediately felt at ease as he shared the process of purchasing a house. Jesse Perez is a very gentle soul, but inside he possesses a deep knowledge and expertise of his field which is put forth with professional confidence. Jesse helped us find a home that fit our needs, but the home needed some TLC and we felt the asking price was a bit too high.
