The Jesse Perez Group is AMAZING to say the least. We worked with Jesse, Liz, and Jeselyn. They all worked together and provided the best and easiest buying experience. My husband and I are first-time homebuyers and we didnt know anything about buying a home. Our first appointment was with Jesse, he walked us through the process and gave us all the information we needed. Jeselyn sent us new home alerts and walked us through every home we wanted to see. There was never a time Jeselyn couldnt meet with us, she always made it work, especially considering my husband and I have opposite schedules. We were very specific on what we wanted and there were moments we had given up on finding our home, however, Jeselyn was always helpful and enthusiastic about finding our home. We placed an offer, and the buyer went with someone elses offer. We knew it was because our offer wasnt as strong as our competitors, Jesse connected us with a lender hes worked with for years. We were able to get a 6.25% interest while all other lenders were providing over a 7% interest. Therefore, were able to make stronger offers. Although we were heartbroken about losing the previous house about a month later the house was back on the market because the buyers didnt move forward. The same day the house was back on the market, Jesse reached out to the buyers realtor and submitted an offer. Luckily, we ended up getting our home. While in escrow Liz kept us up to date with every detail via email and text. We had a difficult time finding home insurance and while every insurance kept turning us away, Liz found various home insurance quotes. After buying our home, there was other stipulation the sellers had agreed on and although Jesse had done his part, he assisted us to make sure everything went well even after closing on the house. I can definitely say they are there to help you before, during, and after the home buying process. I recommend the Jesse Perez Group to my family, friends, or anyone looking to buy a home. You will be extremely satisfied. I hope this review was helpful to anyone looking to buy a house.

We have purchased homes with Jesse Perez and team two times and sold with them once. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a home. Integrity and transparency are key for us when it comes to doing business and that is something that we never had to worry about. Our first time buying was pre pandemic and our second time buying was during the pandemic..two very different market types but a great experience both times. Jesse Perez group is who you NEED to contact for any real estate needs! I dont say this lightly. When we were looking we didnt even know where to start! Jeselyn basically held our hand step by step through the process and after seeing multiple properties we finally found our HOME. It truly felt like we were dealing with family through it all. Daily communication to make sure we were comfortable or had any questions. All in all we just felt safe and understood. I know they had our best interest at heart and although the process could be lengthy and you could feel defeated stay in there and trust the Jesse Perez Group because the result will be worth the wait.
