We were selling our home AND buying a new home, while also having a 3rd home sold to add to our ability to increase a down payment. His strategy for both of our homes we were selling was SPOT ON - even though they were in different areas of Metro Atlanta. The repairs/touch ups and staging recommendations were effective and realistic and the staging/photography/marketing were leveraged perfectly to get us multiple offers, over list price. ZillowVERIFIED I was referred to Jeremy by a family member who had worked with him in one of the local school systems. And of course, I trusted her judgement and began working with him a couple of weeks after letting her know she could pass along my contact information to him. This was my very first experience with the home buying process and I had absolutely no idea how or where to begin. Unfortunately, I had previously begun working with an agent who didn't really seem to be all that interested in trying to help me. However, I had not signed any agreement with her so needless to say, that working relationship did not move forward. I could tell working with Jeremy was going to be different. He genuinely seemed excited and interested in helping me find that "perfect home". He had done his homework and researched some homes and areas before our very first meeting and I was impressed with just how much he knew since he had recently obtained his Real Estate license and gone through this process himself. He always responded promptly to my inquiries, whether they were by text or email. I understood he also had a full time job in the school system so I expected maybe a small delay in his responses on occasion, but that never happened. I could tell Jeremy is an extremely hard worker and he puts 100% effort into anything he does. He remained extremely patient with me after my search for a resale eventually turned into a new construction type sale. I debated back and forth between two neighborhoods that I had narrowed it down to and all the while, there he was, being the consummate professional. And of course, I would ask his opinion of certain aspects of the process and he was always very honest in his feedback. Clearly, this is something Jeremy good at because he is so good at dealing with and talking to people. He develops and maintains those relationships with his clients and builds the rapport that is needed in order for both parties to be successful. I would very highly recommend Jeremy for anyone who is in the market for a new home, whether it's a resale or a new construction because now...he has got some experience with both!!! I would say one could not ask for a more genuine, friendly, helpful real estate professional to be in his or her corner.
