Review We never imagined wed own a home in San Diego, but Jeremy helped make it happen. We met Jeremy at an open house and were impressed by how much he knew about construction and home maintenance. From day one, Jeremy got what we were about. He respected our budget and focus on finding the right fit instead of pushing us toward something bigger. Hes a Santee local who is knowlegeable about the area. He even taught a free Homebuyer 101 course that helped us feel prepared and confident throughout the whole process. Jeremy was patient, flexible, and never pushy as we toured what felt like every house in Santee. Our short sale took six months, and he stayed on top of everything from checking in, following up, and pushing when things stalled. It always felt like he had our backs.

Review Jeremy is the absolute best real estate agent I've ever worked with, bar none. He grinds hard every hour of every day to ensure that both selling and buying property goes as smoothly as usual. He expertly handled both the sale of our family home in northern Escondido and the almost simultaneous purchase of our new home in the Fire Mountain area of Oceanside. He worked tirelessly to ensure that it all happened in the manner that was needed in order for us to successfully move our assets in place within the narrow, aggressive escrow requirements. We need this accelerated escrow process to make it work for both us and the seller, who had purchased a house in Florida and desperately needed our funds ASAP to close that deal. Jeremy's instincts regarding writing up offers, negotiating, and getting over obstacles are spot on. He rolls with all the punches as gracefully as can be expected, and has the patience and strategy to see things through for his clients. He is very accessible via email, text, and phone, and sincerely cares about making everyone in the deal feel as comfortable and informed as possible. He really understands all aspects of the deal, and doesn't let anything slip past his fingers. Jeremy also has all the best connections, in terms of specialists for staging homes for sale, bridge loans, inspectors, appraisers, etc. He does become your point of contact for everybody, which is refeshing, as I find that many in this industry like to pass the buck. He will go above and beyond to accommodate your needs, even if they are daunting on the surface. I guarantee that you will not find a better person and agent than Jeremy. I really like giving business to smart, professional, and accessible people. He is all of the above, and so much more. There are no sure things in real estate, but he's the closest you will get.

Review Where to begin? I first got in contact with Jeremy by way of his employer Kyle. This dude is "Dope". We started our relationship back in March of this year, and he hung in there with us long after many others would have thrown in the towel. Between lending issues, collapsed deals and unrealistic expectations on our end. He hung in there and gave us the time and respect of a client with less problems.
