Jeremy was upfront and honest on the sale of the property. He suggested improvements that he saw may slow the sale but was not insulting about it. On the price he was upfront and honest, you set the price, but he can advise if he feels it may sit for a while if your too high, or help you get more if he feels your too low. Jeremy was absolute spot on with my property as it sold in 39 hours after it was listed. His listing style promoted the property very well and highlighted the properties assets. He stood by me in the negotiating process, and when things were not correct, he got them corrected. He made it VERY clear that he worked for me, and what I said to do is what he would do. Jeremy did an outstanding job, and I strongly suggest you give him a chance to sell your property. He probably does not want me to post this, but Jeremy worked all hours, night, day, and weekends and never once complained about what time it was, he got to work for me and it paid off. 39 hours folks, not days, HOURS and it sold.
