We would not have bought a house when we did if not for Jeremy. We were first time homebuyers with very little confidence and knowledge in the whole process. Luckily we met Jeremy at an open house. After having met countless pushy and dense realtors, Jeremy was a breath of fresh air with his candor and knowledgeableness. Jeremy was able to bring us up to speed by explaining everything meticulously and answering any question we had, no matter how small or silly, incredibly thoroughly. We were all over the place with our home preferences but with Jeremys help we were able to focus in and educate ourselves on what we were looking for. It definitely condensed our search from possibly a year down to 2 months. And because of Jeremys help we were able to get quickly into a home that we felt we made no compromises with. Once we found the house, he managed the whole process diligently and transparently and was always a text message away. He corralled the inspector, attorney, appraiser, sellers, lenders etc. He was able to push those external groups when necessary and streamline things. He was instantaneous with paperwork and was always ready with a 30 minute walkthrough explanation if we didnt completely understand something. When the purchase was complete, Jeremys work didnt stop. He offered up really great advice and when we asked he also gave his honest opinions on the home and where we could improve it. We are incredibly happy with our house and felt like it was destined for us. I feel like if we hadnt met Jeremy at the right time, we wouldnt be in it today. We owe him a lot.
