He had excellent communication throughout the process, and was able to provide many recommendations for other parts of the process, including lender, legal representation, as well as multiple professionals for home remodels. He was able to set up multiple showings and we placed two offers. We were outbid for the first one, but the final sale price was more than I would have been comfortable in having paid for that home. His insights into the strategy portion of offers proved to be accurate, timely, and insightful. Start of showings to final close was approximately 2 months. During that time we viewed 6 homes, so we had no wasted time on homes that weren't likely to be good for us.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeremy was incredibly helpful to me in my real estate transaction. I was in a difficult situation when my Father passed away and I lived in a different state. The house was not kept up very well and had a reverse mortgage on it. I did not have the means or the time to fix it up to be sold nor the means to pay off the reverse mortgage and figure it all out later. Jeremy went to look at the house and through his vast network was able to find an investor who was interested in purchasing the house and fixing up to then turn around and sell. On top of that he was able to talk the investor into purchasing as is, meaning I did not have to get all the furniture and household items out. Take what was good and leave the rest. This saved me having to take time off from work to travel and rent a dumpster to clean everything out. He was the right person at the right time to help me out, and had the perfect solution for my difficult situation!!

Jeremy met us at a showing of a apartment we were living in.My wife and I had tried several times to purchase the home with were living in but to no avail we got overbid and we were being pushed out of our home for 21 years. Raised our family and we made lifelong friends in our neighborhood.He saw what no realtor was going to help us with and asked us if he could help us. We were in shock and didnt know what to do. He made us feel secure and able to provide us with people we needed to get this started and get us into a home. The market was crazy for two months and showing after showing and nothing that made us want to put an offer on. Several homes had multiple bids right away and we struggled with not wanting a bidding war but he always made us feel that if it wasnt the one that we should move on. You are going to know when it the one. We searched daily and kept in communication almost everyday and if we needed to go to a showing he was always there. Punctual and we didnt feel rushed to make a decision and had plenty of time to look at the homes. Finally we found what we were looking for after only 5 minutes in the house we were in love.It checked a lot of the boxes and we were happy with our decision in putting an offer on the home. After a long process of paperwork and impatience waiting to be come homeowners for the first time.Jeremy was waiting for us outside with the keys to our new home and our first house warming gifts.He is sincere and I would recommend him to anyone who was looking for a experienced realtor. On a personal note we consider him more than our realtor.
