ZillowVERIFIEDWe had such a great experience with Mr. Hall, from start to finish. He sold our home in 2 days! And we got a great price. He was a wonderful guide and trusted friend throughout the entire process. I can hardly imagine having undertaken this journey without him. David was present and knowledgeable, always willing to go above and beyond. Our family and our home mattered to him, and it really showed in his work. We are so fortunate to have him on our team. David Hall is 5-star, through and through. Thank you so much.

ZillowVERIFIED David was an amazing agent from the very beginning of the home search process, and was there all the way up to the final signature and afterwards as well. Being a first time home buyer, there was a lot to the process that I was unfamiliar with and had to learn. David was always responsive and happy to explain things with his expertise without losing patience or being condescending. He even helped me find a credit union that offered a great deal on the interest rate for my mortgage which helped expand my range of homes within my budget. He 100% has your back, and will be honest about his opinion on properties without pressuring you into any decisions. He knows the market conditions throughout CNY and will guide you to an offer that is competitive and fair. I could not be happier with my experience!

ZillowVERIFIED Dave listed my house and I could not happier from start to finish. The professional phots with drone shots, and the open house definitely helped. My house sold in 4 days with multiple offers, and ended getting 50 K over listing price. Dave was a bull when it came to negotiating with the Buyers Attorney, when it almost fell through on Closing day. I would most definitely recommend him to list your home .

ZillowVERIFIED David is an exceptional agent. I was a first-time homebuyer, and David walked me through every step of the process with consideration, patience, and expert insight. Despite a competitive market and scarce inventory -- we worked together for nearly five months -- David offered regular encouragement and always looked out for my best interest. He was generous with his time and went out of his way to make me feel comfortable. His advice about how to place a competitive bid (down payment, earnest money, escalation clause) undoubtedly secured our home. I'm so grateful to David for his advocacy and friendship. Everyone should work with him!

ZillowVERIFIED My partner and I feel so grateful for Dave. He was always kind, enthusiastic, and responsive no matter what time of day - a real joy to work with. He was admirably calm under pressure (we had some complicated and stressful few days before closing!), and he often went above and beyond to support us through the process. We feel so fortunate to have found a realtor who worked tirelessly to help us buy our new home here in Syracuse.

ZillowVERIFIED After searching for an agent for a few days with little response, I found and reached out to David and he called back the same day. I had a really tight timeline for seeing homes and David was able to to schedule 4 showings for me the next day with less than 24 hours notice. Being someone that is new to Syracuse and also being a first time homebuyer, David provided excellent advice when it came to what neighborhoods to look at and for what homes were worth seeing. A month and a half later I am in my new home and am thankful for David's attentiveness, speed of service, and advice throughout the whole home buying process. If you're looking for someone that will work non-stop for you from showings to offer to closing, I recommend David 100%. Thank you David!
