ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I were moving to Georgia from across the country, so we were unable to attend showings in person. Sarah, our realtor on Jenny's team, did a fantastic job accommodating to our needs. She did video recordings of walk-throughs of several homes for us as well as some live video walk-throughs. Sarah was very knowledgeable about the area and was honest about the details of homes, always taking into consideration the fact that we were remote. When we had an unexpected delay in closing due to a mistake by our lender, Sarah went far beyond expectations to help us and welcome us to the city, going so far as to help us unload our trailer!Compared to the other real estate professionals we've worked with, technical expertise and communication were a little lacking at times -- we encountered minor issues with video calls and maintaining recipients on texts and emails. There were a couple of times where documents we needed to sign had incorrect dates, but they were quickly fixed. While we initially had disagreements in price/negotiation tactics, the appraisal ended up in our favor. In the end, everything worked out, and we got a great home at a good price in a great community!

Though we did not have any interest in that particular home, Cryssi took down our contact information and as promised contacted us a few days later. We had a home in mind and Cryssi promptly made an appointment for us to see the property. Her knowledge of the home and neighborhood was extensive giving us a degree of comfort about making a purchase in this location but where she really shined was in the execution of her responsibilities as our representative in the purchasing process. The entire progression from making an offer to coordinating with the lender and ultimately the attorney for closing on the house was facilitated flawlessly in an efficient and professional manner making what can sometimes be an arduous process entirely smooth and painless for us as buyers. In a time when we seemed to have been floundering with the prospect of renovating our home to make it something we could live in or selling and buying something more easily suited to our needs, Jenny Smith and her associate Cryssi Wynn helped us to choose to sell and buy something new. And though the process of having to have our home "show ready" and the showings of sometimes 3 a day was a bit tedious, the response and helpfulness of Jenny and Cryssi was undeniably the best part. Cryssi focused on showing us our potential "new home" and Jenny focused on selling our old home. When the contract came in on our house to be purchased it seemed to be a blink and you'll miss it type transaction. We had an offer and I think within four-ish weeks we had sold our house and we were looking forward to moving into the new place. When our lender caused hiccups Jenny and Cryssi stepped up to make sure we were informed every step of the way. They fought to keep the sellers we were purchasing from interested. To keep them from giving up on us and potentially losing the home we had our eyes set on. When we finally got our new keys, Jenny and Cryssi seemed almost as excited as we were.
