We listed our house the first week of November 2018, with the Holiday Season showings were slow at first. But by the end of January 2019 we had sold our home. Jennifer was very knowledgeable and realistic about our asking price and what we could get for a final sale. We have worked with Jennifer twice, buying the home in GA and then selling it. Among other things 1.she changed realty groups but only told clients through a group email after it was done 2 I had one contract cancelled that I found out about when I went into email and saw a edoc to sign 3. reviews said my house looked dirty and deserted after I left and my floors got damaged costing me an additional $1200 4.the sell was $15000 under asking with really no negotiation that I could tell. In the end I just needed to get it off my hands. I honestly felt like there was no one there that was working on my behalf.
