The first minute I met her I knew that she was going to be the right person to work with. From that first initial meeting, she was ON it. SHE did the searches through the MLS listings and found homes that matched our taste, she offered amazing advice and never seemed too busy any time that we called her or text her with a question. She was extremely knowledgable about schools in every area that we looked at, which was a big deal for us with a little one going to school in a few years. The first offer from the buyer wasn't close to the price we wanted, and after some back and forth we thought the negotiations were dead. Jen kept working (on the weekend no less) and ended up getting the buyer to agree to a great price. We were amazed by her skills, knowledge, and availability. Jen is an expert in her field and answered all our questions, which ended up being a lot. I can't imagine going through this process without a realtor, and Jen is simply the best.

She helped us with preparing our house for sale, told us what we did and did not need to do, according to our goals, and was even willing to manage the necessary repairs (contacted repair companies, submitted appraisal amounts to us, and then and went to residence during the time of the repair) so that we did not have to invest our own time taking care of them. Further, as our closing unfortunately faced many unforeseen issues, and was delayed by one week (not under our control), Jennifer negotiated compensation in our favor for this delay. She was also quickly responsive and was very helpful in expediting complete resolution with the closing attorney and buyer's realtor, so that we would not suffer any further delay.
