ZillowVERIFIEDAny tenants looking to rent from this property management should second guess that decision. Eric Sanchez has shown his lack of care for tenants from allowing untreated termites to lying on the move out statement to withhold peoples deposit. Erics website requires you to email him monthly to make an electronic payment or pay a late fee for payment systems that dont work. Auto payments are his answer, not all people want you to auto draft from their accts when your system is severely flawed. Eric stated that there is a return box to return keys upon move out, but even though I arrived 2 days before my last day to return keys, during business hours as well, there was no drop box key. Eric withheld over $200 from me for rent and misc items that are marked up over 1000%. Do yourself the favor and NEVER rent from this company

In our first meeting she explained everything we needed to know about selling our home, had the documents ready, and helped by staging our home. When we had questions, she usually answered immediately, and if not, within a very quick period of time. She walked us through the closing process and made sure we understood every part of the business deal. She even helped us find a temporary home prior to moving to a new home. We HIGHLY recommend Jennifer Sanchez and would gladly work with her again.

Ryan was always available when we needed to see a house and he was always quick and ready when we needed to make an offer. Both Jen and Ryan always made sure that we understood what was going on and always was patient with us. Our transition from selling our house and buying our new home was so smooth with them that we still cannot believe that we have a new house we so love now considering how hard the buyers market is right now. Initially we had tons of questions and Jennifer was always more than happy to answer them. She made it a point to explain everything thoroughly to us so that we understood the why's, when's and how's. When it came to looking at houses, Jennifer was always flexible. She worked with our schedule and we were able to see multiple houses until we found the right one for us. What stood out to me the most that I really loved about Jennifer was that she was very honest with us and we never felt pressured by her. I remember asking her to go see a house I had found for sale and when we first got there, the house looked nice. However, Jennifer noticed things that I didn't even realized were going to be future issues. For Jennifer, its not just about making another sale. It's truly about finding the home that is right for you. I will be recommending her to all my Military friends and family.
