I think anyone who has sold or bought a house has worked with that real estate agent who only cares about the commission, not about follow-up / diligence / doing the sale or buy the right way. Just cutting corners to get to the commission fastest with the least amount of effort possible. That is NOT Jenn! ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer was fantastic to work with, both for buying and selling our house. During the buying process, she was patient with us and always available to take us to see houses. When we (finally) did find our new home, she knew when to push, when we should hold back, and handled the entire process. Her team made sure all milestones were hit on time and that closing was as easy as possible. For selling, she didn't push us to lower the price when we weren't ready. She was excellent at negotiating when we did get buyers and again knew when to push and when to hold back. She was able to answer all of the buyers questions and make the process as smooth as possible. I was told by other agents that we shouldnt expect multiple offers and to count on having to list at 35k less than what we were anticipating. Not being 100% convinced, I called Jennifer because she is my sisters agent and she has been very very pleased with her services. Jennifer took one look at our property and said our home would easily bring much more than what other top agents had stated. Walking into a closing can be a nerve-wracking experience, but not with Jen. She is detail oriented and totally buttoned-up. She makes you feel comfortable about your purchase and ensures that there are no surprises. Jen was with us every step of the way. She made great suggestions on what needed to be done to sell our house, supplied a handy-man, assisted with the staging and gave us a spot on recommendation for the list price.
