Jennifer did an incredible job helping to get the house. I dont know what she did during the contract negotiations but because of her, the majority of the closing costs and repairs were taken care of by the seller. Shes incredibly helpful and answered any questions or concerns I had immediately. Closing took longer than expected as there were some hiccups along the way but she kept me in the loop and dealt with all of them the fastest way she could. I cant recommend her enough and will continue to use her for any purchases moving forward.

Jennifer is smart, skilled and compassionate. She made the monumental task of buying and selling a home enjoyable and less stressful by going beyond the expected. Her insight, good judgment and patience contributed significantly to our choosing the right home for us as the well as the best buyer for our home. When we prepared to sell our home, I was distraught about leaving behind our childrens growth chart penciled in over many years on a door jamb. She is no run of the mill, aEURoelet me show you a houseaEUR? Realtor, no way! We found a house, not just any house but our dream house, our dream property. Everything, I mean EVERY-THING we dreamed of. We fell in love. We were just in heaven on this property. We told Jennifer we were going to put in an offer. We put in our max offer. Topped out! She called the next morning and told me aEURoe Well, I pitched it to the sellers.......... there was a pauseaEUR| then she saidaEUR|. they accepted your offer!aEUR? I cried, a big burly 61 year old man weeping! Jennifer, fought for us so hard, wanted us so badly to have this property she negotiated with the sellers on our behalf and they accepted our bid for the property. When we met with the owner, she told us that she knew we were the right people for this property, it had been in her family for generations, they had cared for the land and the wildlife on the land, and they wanted a family that would carry on the tradition of caring for the wildlife and the traditions of the land and Jennifer made them realize we were that family. She fought for us! I dont know what kind of realty voodoo Jennifer uses but great googily moogily it works! Some folks get a Realtor who helps them find a house. We found a Realtor, who fought her way into our hearts, became a member of our family, whom I consider a daughter, who battled not only for us, but with us, and wouldnt let us give up our dream. Jennifer Porter walked into our lives a stranger, today shes a full fledged member of our family. I pray the day never comes when I see Jennifer walk out of our lives! She is family forever! We bought virtually and Jenn helped in every way! She met our relatives for walk throughs and even waited for our refrigerator installation. She directed me to the best places for things we needed before moving and even was willing to bring her own old college mini frig when we weren't sure we would have a refrigerator upon arrival.
