Jennifer Porter

Born and raised in Roanoke, I truly love where I live and I know this city well. I'm excited to help you establish your own home, whether its your first or your fifth in this beautiful valley. Prior to my career in real estate, I handled another major life event for my clients: weddings! As a large event caterer and now as a REALTOR(R), my business model has always been based on transparency and communication. I take joy in helping people through stressful times, meeting deadlines, and doing tough work on behalf of my clients. From the minute we meet, until the day we sit down at the closing table, you will have not only a REALTOR(R), but a resource, a confidant, an advocate, and a friend to get you through an overwhelming process!

When I'm not working for clients, I'm caring for 3 rescue dogs, Hank, Brigitte, and June, or riding my horse, Ben. I'm a way-too-enthusiastic horse show mom, supporting my 10-year-old daughter in her passion of showing Saddlebreds. I also serve as the Youth Coordinator for the American Saddle Horse Association of Virginia (ASHAV). Weekends are for brunch, horse shows, and hiking (when I'm not showing houses!)
