About Jennifer Plymel Sterzoy
I believe finding the perfect home should be exciting, inspiring, and stress-free. Whether you're buying your first house, upgrading to fit your growing family, or searching for an investment property, I am here to guide you every step of the way.
The first thing you will notice about me is that I'm down to earth but I can also be a little bulldog when I need to be. Best of both worlds that comes in handy when you need a negotiator.
My background in sales started at a young age, working with my dad at our manufactured housing locations. I have been around business my entire life and that has helped to mold me into the person that I am today.
When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with family traveling in our 5th wheel. The beach is always calling my name.
As a Realtor, I love watching the dream of home ownership become a reality. It's sweet to be able to watch clients become friends. I go to bat for all of my clients and make sure you are informed during each transaction. I would be honored to help you in the buying or selling process!

FAQ
Take your time. Make sure you are educated on the buying process. Ask tons of questions and make sure you find the home that is right for you. Also, sometimes your first home isn't your forever home so start slow and make sure you stay within budget.
Be pateint. Some homes take time to sell. Listen to your agent about pricing.
I have worked with all types of clients. Some are first time home buyers/seller and some are seasoned investors.
I have been in sales since I was 14 years old. I was born into it. My family owned thier own business and I grew up learning the art of selling and negotiating. After that business closed, my dad and I both went on to get our Real Estate license and we worked together until he retired. I learned from the best and learned by example.
