It was great working with Julia to buy our home and we wouldnt hesitate to send friends, family, or anyone else needing real estate help her way. There were a variety of circumstances that made our search perhaps more tumultuous than many, and she took them all in stride. Touring houses with her was a chill, enjoyable experience; which was quite the feat amidst the highly competitive and stressful market we found ourselves in. Julia was always positive and upbeat about the potential fit of a place, but not annoyingly so, and was honest when it wasnt right. She genuinely listened to understand our needs and limitations, and contributed to our discussions comparing various houses, including from weeks prior to help us keep context. She didnt gloss over or dismiss any of our concerns about a house with an oh, thatd be easy to fix, no big deal, etc. She wasnt pushy about submitting offers, just realistic about necessary timelines and then gave us space to think and discuss amongst ourselves. She was also very patient with our questions regarding paperwork, specific wording, and such, and was happy to re-explain anything as much as necessary to help our understanding. Any time we were ready to submit an offer she was immediately on top of things; communicating with the sellers agent to discover what would make our offer stand out, getting papers where they needed to go in a timely manner, etc. We started our search working with a different agent thats popular in the area; It wasnt a bad experience with them, but working with Julia brought an entirely different vibe that made things feel so much more natural. It truly felt like a partnership to find us the best fit, and I really dont think things would have turned out as well as they did without her help.
