Zach Klein has done a great job helping me find the perfect home this past year. He was extremely patient with me and took me on a ton of showings until I found the right place. I really appreciated his knowledge as he was able to give me information on every home we looked at and it made for a great experience.

It was great working with Julia to buy our home and we wouldnt hesitate to send friends, family, or anyone else needing real estate help her way. There were a variety of circumstances that made our search perhaps more tumultuous than many, and she took them all in stride. Touring houses with her was a chill, enjoyable experience; which was quite the feat amidst the highly competitive and stressful market we found ourselves in. Julia was always positive and upbeat about the potential fit of a place, but not annoyingly so, and was honest when it wasnt right. She genuinely listened to understand our needs and limitations, and contributed to our discussions comparing various houses, including from weeks prior to help us keep context. She didnt gloss over or dismiss any of our concerns about a house with an oh, thatd be easy to fix, no big deal, etc. She wasnt pushy about submitting offers, just realistic about necessary timelines and then gave us space to think and discuss amongst ourselves. She was also very patient with our questions regarding paperwork, specific wording, and such, and was happy to re-explain anything as much as necessary to help our understanding. Any time we were ready to submit an offer she was immediately on top of things; communicating with the sellers agent to discover what would make our offer stand out, getting papers where they needed to go in a timely manner, etc. We started our search working with a different agent thats popular in the area; It wasnt a bad experience with them, but working with Julia brought an entirely different vibe that made things feel so much more natural. It truly felt like a partnership to find us the best fit, and I really dont think things would have turned out as well as they did without her help.

Beware. I worked with Jen for about ten months to purchase a home. To say my experience was disappointing is an understatement. From not showing up to scheduled showings, not showing up for an inspection that ultimately delayed resolving an inspection contingency, putting together offers with errors, not submitting an offer because she had a migraine and didn't bother to let me know until the next day or ask another person on her team to finish submitting the offer for her, my needs as a buyer felt repeatedly deprioritized. She didn't send me any upcoming listings, unless they were HER listings or homes of her personal friends going on the market. In a seller's market like this, you need an agent that will really hustle for you - go the extra mile to get information that can help you make a decision or inform your offer and makes sure to get your offer submitted quickly. This is emphatically NOT Jen. When I finally had enough, because I showed up to a showing she had another agent book for me only to find out that the listing agent had asked for "highest and best" offers earlier that day, she decided not to release me from the Buyer's Agency with her unless I was willing to pay her 25% of the agent commission for ANY property I purchased from that point until 6 months later. Note how the last review here is from 2021 - I wonder why.
