Before buying a home, your first step is to speak with a lender, unless you're paying cash. A good lender will mitigate your expectations and help you through the process along side your realtor.

Your home is an equity. You should treat it as such. A seasoned realtor should be able to tell you what your home is worth within 5%. Trust your realtors guidelines, advice and what needs to be done prior to listing. Take emotion out of the deal.

I have worked with so many different clients locally and from around the world. I've done mobile closings in Japan, Ireland, India, Canada and South America. I'm fluent in Spanish which has been a big help navigating the South Florida market.

My last sale was a great experience with sellers who live in NYC, originally from Spain and Argentina. They tried to sell their home with another agent, unsuccessfully.
