ZillowVERIFIEDChris was awesome. He calmed us down a few times during an emotional transaction. He was knowledgable and informative. Was willing to do anything necessary to get the deal done Was also very patient to wait for the right buyer. Exerted no pressure to reduce our price and ended up getting exactly what we thought was fair. GREAT JOB!!
ZillowVERIFIEDChristopher became more of a friend/mentor throughout the house buying process than just a realtor. He taught my husband and I to ask the right questions so we can get the right answers. Christopher went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and involved. We are extremely pleased with his knowledge, support and dedication to his clients. Furthermore, Christopher extended his schedule to ensure all our needs were met. As first time homebuyers, we were very nervous and skeptical before embarking on this journey, but must admit that we would both do it again- blindly.. If Chris were our realtor... Christopher, Once again thanks from the bottom of our hearts for guiding us in obtaining our first home!
ZillowVERIFIEDI am a person that hates shopping but when Chris started the search for a new home for me it was seamless. I gave him all my requirements and in no time he already had a listing of homes for me. Chris was there to help me find a home not a house. A home is where I want to be and Chris did just that, he was able to find my forever home.
ZillowVERIFIEDCan't say enough nice things about Chris - professional, personable, honest, organized - to name a few. Sold my house in less than a week! Put all the right people in place for the purchase of my new home. Let him work for you!
ZillowVERIFIEDChris is fantastic! He's stuck with us for over a year and never pressured us. He always looked out for our best interests. He's very knowledgeable and a great guy.
ZillowVERIFIEDChris listened to what we wanted. He was very patient and extremely knowledgeable about the market, the neighborhood, the development trends, and the home itself. He is professional, punctual, and diligent. He did not just "sell a house"--He guided us to the best home for us with the greatest future (ROI) return on our investment.
ZillowVERIFIEDChris is the most honest and customer focused realtor i have ever worked with. He currently manages my property and does a tremendous job. Do not hesitate to use him for your real estate needs.
