The house I went with ended up having a lot of hidden damages found in the inspection. She was able to guide me through the repair negotiations to where we were able to move forward. Additionally she was able to identify my rebate which I did not think I was getting. I am very happy with the service she provided. I would definitely recommend her as your realtor.
