It would be a gross understatement to say this was "going the extra mile" in putting her customer first and foremost without regard for possibility of loan requirements not having had sufficient time for fulfillment. This is a rare example today of selflessness customer service exemplified by her actions to ensure her customer's offer--and ONLY her customer's offer was accepted. Then we were lucky enough to get Jennifer one day by chance when looking at a house. Though we didn't buy that home, we were very impressed with Ms. Hallock across the board, and decided to use her exclusively. We found her to be very personable, knowledgeable, and extremely responsive every step of the way. It's hard to imagine how she could have been any more helpful in the process, or pleasant to deal with. We ended up looking at about a half dozen houses with Jennifer. She was never pushy, made good suggestions, and genuinely seemed to care about us being happy with the purchase...not just selling a house.
