The sellers I ended up with were less than favorable but with her guide and her team of lawyers, and inspectors, the process was nothing less than graceful. It's sometimes hard to tell until you get to know the person, but now with first hand experience I can say that integrity and honesty are top priority for Jen. N0. 2 Are they good at what they do? Through due diligence we decided to go with Jennifer over multiple other realtors, based on her experience and great track record. What we found out is she is very professional and a high octane individual. She walked with us every step of the way from marketing, to the open house, the home inspection to the appraisal, and she helped us with finding a contractor for some minor repairs we needed done in a timely fashion. Jennifer is a premier agent who possess extensive knowledge of the real estate industry and has an amazing spirit to go along with it. We honestly thought this would be the most difficult thing to do in or lives but Jennifer made us feel like it was a summer walk in the park. We trusted her whole heartedly when she said we would be able to close on both transaction on the same day and we did, we closed on both properties June 1st 2017!!!
