Community Involvement
Yes! Giving back to the community is a big part of who I am and how I run my business. Through CBKTCares, our Coldwell Banker Kivett-Teeters team selects needs within the community and organizes service projects to meet them. From supporting local families to volunteering time and resources, these projects allow us to make a direct impact right where we live and work. Beyond real estate, I believe in building stronger communities, and being hands-on with local service is one of the most rewarding parts of my career.
HOBBIES/INTEREST
Outside of real estate, I'm a wife and mom of two, and I love spending time with my family. We enjoy hiking in the local mountains, exploring new places, and making memories together. I also stay active with weight training and fitness -- it helps me bring energy and focus into my work. When I get quiet time, you'll usually find me with a good book, journaling, or enjoying music. Staying balanced and connected outside of work allows me to show up fully for my clients.

FAQ
Buying a home is one of the biggest financial decisions you’ll make, so start by getting pre-approved with a trusted lender — this gives you a clear budget and makes your offers stronger. Next, partner with a local REALTOR® who knows the market and can guide you through negotiations, inspections, and escrow. Be prepared to move quickly when you find the right home, but don’t skip due diligence — ask questions and understand the process step by step. Most importantly, stay focused on your long-term goals, not just winning in the moment. The right home should fit both your lifestyle and your financial comfort zone.
The best advice I give sellers is to focus on preparation and pricing. First impressions matter — a clean, well-staged home with professional photos attracts more buyers and stronger offers. Pricing your home correctly from the start is critical; homes that are overpriced tend to sit longer and sell for less in the end. Partner with a REALTOR® who knows your local market and has a proven marketing plan to reach buyers online and in person. Finally, be flexible with showings and open to feedback — the more exposure your home gets, the faster it will sell at top value.
I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients, from first-time home buyers to seasoned investors. As a U.S. Army veteran, I specialize in helping VA and military buyers navigate the VA loan process and relocation. I also work with families buying and selling in Yucaipa, Calimesa, and across the Inland Empire, including move-up sellers and those downsizing. In addition, I’ve guided clients through probate sales, short sales, and relocation moves, giving me experience in both traditional and more complex transactions. No matter the situation, my focus is always on clear communication and making the process as smooth as possible.
After serving as a Military Police officer in the U.S. Army and completing two tours in Iraq, I was ready for a new chapter where I could continue serving people in a meaningful way. Real estate was a natural fit — it combines my passion for helping others with my love for the community I live in. I started my career in 2015 with Coldwell Banker Kivett-Teeters and quickly realized how much I enjoy guiding clients through one of life’s biggest decisions. Over the years, I’ve helped more than 140 families buy and sell homes across the Inland Empire, and I still approach each transaction with the same dedication and attention to detail as my very first one.
