ZillowVERIFIED How does one put into words the amount of appreciation and gratitude we have for Jenneisha? Thanks to Jenneisha our home buying process was incredibly smooth. However because of our price cap and expectations it was not very quick. We were searching for a house with a price cap of $350k. Our first choice house seemed perfect, but after inspection it turned out to have some needed repairs that we just could not bargain with. One month later we had a similar outcome with the second house. Nonetheless, Jenneisha stuck by our side. She spent a whole day with us looking at four different houses, and we finally found one that was perfect for us. She worked diligently in the following days to make sure our offer was in quickly. She spent late nights going over our inspection with us and getting our counteroffers to the seller quickly. Finally, we found a house that suited us perfectly. Even more so than the first two. For all this we are so thankful for Jenneishas patience, kindness, understanding and professionalism.

We were very fortunate to receive multiple offers the first week on the market that I believe was in large part due to the prelisting work and promotion she and the Hester Group performed. From the initial meeting through the listing, she and the Hester Group were there for us sharing market pricing information based on comps, offering recommendations for how to best present the home, great pictures and listing information along with professional marketing collateral - flyers, listing description of property, and yard sale sign. The first week the house was on the market we had multiple showings per day and accepted an offer that same week. We appreciated her communication and consultation throughout the offer and contract negotiation process.
